BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All of our apartments have carefully been selected by Best Rentals Buenos Aires. These apartments are completely furnished and ready to be occupied. In addition, we guarantee that the photos you see are true representations of what the apartments look like and what you should expect upon arrival. Most of the apartments that are published on this site can be booked for a minimum stay of 1 week.
HOW TO BOOK
After you have received a response to your request for the availability of the selected apartment(s), send us an email specifying your final choice. In addition, a 20% down payment is needed to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification, and we accept payments through Paypal.com. If you are already in Buenos Aires, you can make this payment in cash at our office. You will then receive a confirmation voucher from Paypal with the details of your stay. The balance of the stay (80%) must be paid in cash when you check-in to the apartment.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will always be required upon arrival, and this amount will vary according to the length of your stay. The deposit is payable in cash. This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory and inspection of the apartment has been completed.
If you are renting for 1 week Deposit = the price of one week’s rent.
If you are renting for 2 weeks Deposit = the price of one week’s rent.
If you are renting for 3 weeks Deposit = the price of two week’s rent.
If you are renting for 1 month or more Deposit = the price of one month’s rent.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF STAY
If you cancel before your arrival, the 20% deposit will not be refunded. However, if 30 days notice is given, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In addition, if the planned dates of your stay are shortened, this will not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent already paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.
Best Rentals Buenos Aires is in charge of the reservation process for the period arranged by the guest. If for some reason, an unexpected situation affects the property before your arrival and it is no longer possible to stay there, Best Rentals Buenos Aires offers two options:
- We will place you in another apartment that is available on the date of your trip with similar characteristics and comparable quality.
2. Return the money paid for the reservation.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Please send us an email 72 hours before your arrival with your itinerary information. Arrangements for the day of your arrival can then be organized.
